My practice is at the Paxson Yoga Center 6840 S. Macadam Ave. Portland OR 97209. I will be taking appropriate COVID precautions such as using masks and wiping down all equipment between visits. According to state guidelines, I would ask all patients to wear masks as well. For those who would prefer, I am available for Telemedicine consults. After nearly 30 years of working as a PT at the Gudmestad studio, I am now undertaking a new location for my work, but my attentiveness and experience remain unchanged. You will receive one on one attention for each appointment. No assistants or modalities (except for ultrasound when appropriate).
The new location should be easy to find for existing and returning clients. For those who are new to my practice, we are about one mile south of the old studio location, just north of the OPB building on South Macadam Ave.
I am working on a cash only basis for new patients with the exception of a few insurance carriers (Medicare, Regence). Patients are asked to pay the full fee at the time of service. A one hour consult is $150- and a 90 minute initial evaluation is $195-. A sliding scale for fees will be considered under special circumstances. If you wish, I can provide you with a receipt for you to bill your own insurance.
